Handling Time

  • Orders are handled within 1 weekday (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time

Once shipped, transit times are:

New Zealand 7–14 business days

Note: Transit time includes shipping only. Processing time and handling time are additional. Weekends and public holidays are not considered weekdays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment via our Track Your Order page.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • After this period, the order may already be processing and changes are no longer guaranteed.
  • To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@neuro-bella.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost the first time. Please report any delivery issues within 5 days of the expected delivery date by emailing us at support@neuro-bella.com.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
  • Neurobella is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
